Baratza Encore ESP Pro Grinder

Switched from my old hand grinder to this one for my morning pour-over, and the dial adjustment is so much simpler—I finally get consistent grounds without fiddling for ten minutes. It handles espresso too when I’m in the mood, which is a bonus I didn’t expect.

Dialing between pour-over and espresso takes about two seconds with that knob, and the grind comes out shockingly consistent every single time. I've pulled shot after shot without a single channeling issue, which is more than I can say for my old setup.
