Située dans le département de Madriz, la coopérative Cinco de Junio est notre plus ancien partenaire au Nicaragua, une relation qui a débuté en 2009. Au fil des années, la coopérative a surmonté des défis – des conditions économiques et politiques changeantes et les impacts croissants du changement climatique. Ces pressions ont contraint la coopérative et ses membres à adapter leurs pratiques de production, persévérant pour produire le meilleur café possible. Le lot de cette saison offre des saveurs classiques de pomme, de chocolat noir et d'amande douce.
