Dialing between pour-over and espresso takes about two seconds with that knob, and the grind comes out shockingly consistent every single time. I've pulled shot after shot without a single channeling issue, which is more than I can say for my old setup.

The dial adjustment is so straightforward that I dialed in the exact grind for pour-over on my first try. I've been using it for morning espresso and drip back-to-back, and the results stay consistent every single time.

Ground beans came out remarkably even across both my pour-over and espresso settings, which I didn't expect from a single grinder. The dial is stiff at first but clicks into place nicely. Only knock is the hopper could hold a bit more before refilling.
