I’ve been buying from this cooperative since I first tasted it years ago, and even after all this time, the beans arrive consistently fresh and aromatic. It’s my go-to for slow weekend mornings, and knowing the partnership dates back to 2009 makes each cup feel a little more meaningful.

The fact that this coffee comes from a cooperative we've worked with since 2009 gives it a story I appreciate with every cup. Brewed it as a pour-over and the flavor held up nicely without turning bitter at the end. Just wish the bag came with a bit more detail on the roast date.

Loved the deep, rich brew, and knowing it’s from their oldest partner in Nicaragua since 2009 makes the cup feel special. Only wish the bag had a resealable top, since I’ve had to clip it shut to keep the beans fresh.
