Ve vysočině západní Guatemaly, nedaleko města Concepción Huista, produkuje malá farma Juany Gasparové výjimečnou kávu, která je typická pro celý region. Juana je členkou družstva CODECH, organizace, se kterou úzce spolupracujeme od roku 2010. Každou sezónu družstvo degustuje dodávky od každého farmáře a vyčleňuje nejlépe hodnocené šarže k prodeji za prémiovou cenu, čímž motivuje a odměňuje kvalitu na úrovni farem. Káva Juany pravidelně patří mezi nejlépe hodnocené kávy každé sezóny. Po stovkách ochutnaných šálků družstvo tuto kávu opět označilo za jednu z nejlepších ze sklizně a náš sourcingový tým s tím nemohl více souhlasit. Vychutnejte si hutně sladké tóny černé třešně a švestky vyvážené křupavou, dobře strukturovanou kyselostí.
