I’ve been brewing this for a week now, and the slow sundried process really comes through—there’s a deep, fruity sweetness that shifts as it cools. The cherries’ floral notes stay bright without turning sour, even in my French press. Definitely my new morning go-to.

The slow sun-drying really does bring out a deeper, fruitier cup than I expected, and the floral notes linger nicely as it cools. Only downside is my bag arrived with a slightly loose seal, but the coffee itself is genuinely fresh-tasting.
