Under årens lopp har kooperativet klarat av utmaningar – förändrade ekonomiska och politiska förhållanden samt de växande effekterna av klimatförändringar. Dessa påfrestningar har tvingat kooperativet och dess medlemmar att anpassa sina produktionsmetoder och kämpa vidare för att göra det bästa möjliga kaffet. Denna säsongs parti levererar klassiska smaker av äpple, mörk choklad och söt mandel.

The fact that this coffee comes from a cooperative we've worked with since 2009 gives it a story I appreciate with every cup. Brewed it as a pour-over and the flavor held up nicely without turning bitter at the end. Just wish the bag came with a bit more detail on the roast date.

Loved the deep, rich brew, and knowing it’s from their oldest partner in Nicaragua since 2009 makes the cup feel special. Only wish the bag had a resealable top, since I’ve had to clip it shut to keep the beans fresh.
