The equal-parts blend is doing exactly what it promises, each coffee melts into the next and the stone fruit note really comes through on the finish. I’ve been dialing in pour-overs all week and this is the one I keep coming back to.
Brewed my first cup this morning and the stone fruit note really does come through, especially as it cools. Three coffees in equal parts sounds gimmicky but the flavors actually blend into something smooth, not muddled.
The equal-parts ratio is genius — each sip shifts between the three coffees so I never get bored halfway through the bag. Brewed it as a pour-over this morning and the stone fruit note kept things bright without turning tart. Definitely my new go-to for slow weekend mornings.
