I’ve been drinking this half and half blend for two weeks now and it’s the first coffee that doesn’t leave me jittery by noon but still keeps me awake through the morning slump. The organic beans brew smooth without any bitterness, and the molasses hint really comes through if you let it cool a bit.

The graham cracker and molasses notes come through surprisingly smooth, not bitter at all. I’ve been swapping my usual afternoon cup for this and still get that cozy coffee ritual without the jitters.

Half the caffeine means I can actually have a second cup after lunch without bouncing off the walls, and the organic blend still tastes rich enough that I don't feel like I'm missing out. The molasses note comes through nicely with a splash of oat milk.
