That 12 oz bag showed up two weeks after I ordered, and the roast date on it was barely a week old. I brewed it in my pour-over and the brightness really came through, which is exactly what I want from a seasonal single-origin.
The seasonal rotation means I never know exactly what's landing, but every bag so far has been roasted within days of my doorstep. The 12 oz size is perfect for my morning routine, and the freshness really comes through in the cup.
The two-week rotation keeps things interesting, and this latest batch arrived just a few days after roasting, which makes a real difference in the cup. I’ve already set my next delivery.
