Ao longo dos anos, a cooperativa enfrentou desafios – condições económicas e políticas em mudança e os impactos crescentes das alterações climáticas. Estas pressões forçaram a cooperativa e os seus membros a ajustar as suas práticas de produção, perseverando para fazer o melhor café possível. O lote desta estação oferece sabores clássicos de maçã, chocolate preto e amêndoa doce.

The fact that this coffee comes from a cooperative we've worked with since 2009 gives it a story I appreciate with every cup. Brewed it as a pour-over and the flavor held up nicely without turning bitter at the end. Just wish the bag came with a bit more detail on the roast date.
