Gevestigd in het departement Madriz, is de coöperatie Cinco de Junio onze oudste partner in Nicaragua, een relatie die begon in 2009. Door de jaren heen heeft de coöperatie uitdagingen doorstaan – veranderende economische en politieke omstandigheden en de toenemende gevolgen van klimaatverandering. Deze druk heeft de coöperatie en haar leden gedwongen om hun productiemethoden aan te passen, door te zetten om de best mogelijke koffie te maken. Deze partij van dit seizoen levert klassieke smaken van appel, pure chocolade en zoete amandel.
