Nel corso degli anni, la cooperativa ha superato sfide – condizioni economiche e politiche in evoluzione e i crescenti impatti del cambiamento climatico. Queste pressioni hanno costretto la cooperativa e i suoi membri ad adattare le loro pratiche di produzione, perseverando per produrre il miglior caffè possibile. Il lotto di questa stagione offre sapori classici di mela, cioccolato fondente e mandorla dolce.

The fact that this coffee comes from a cooperative we've worked with since 2009 gives it a story I appreciate with every cup. Brewed it as a pour-over and the flavor held up nicely without turning bitter at the end. Just wish the bag came with a bit more detail on the roast date.

Loved the deep, rich brew, and knowing it’s from their oldest partner in Nicaragua since 2009 makes the cup feel special. Only wish the bag had a resealable top, since I’ve had to clip it shut to keep the beans fresh.
